We receive orders every day, if you need express delivery, you may have an extra rush fee

Send it in JPG or PNG in real size with at least 150dpi or PDF with all elements and linked text embedded in the file. Always send us a message at 7863063478 to verify that we have received your request

If you don’t have the art, our design department can help you create beautiful compositions. Send us a reference of what you want, color palette, sizes and materials you want to use. At this stage, communication and your clear ideas are the most important. Remember: give us the measurement, the material and leave us some reference!

Once the order is approved, regular deliveries are made every Friday. You can request your expedited order, but you may have a rush fee

To confirm an order you must pay 100% of the invoice before design and production, no order will be made without the respective payment

For now we are only designing for our production

In order to schedule the design time it is necessary that you have your invoice paid before, designs are not made without prior payment

We make installations of any graphic you need

Yes, we do, just send us your address and schedule and day

We receive cash, credit or debit card, Zelle, or Cashapp.

In all invoices, the tax will be charged unless you provide us with the updated FLORIDA RESALE TAX CERTIFICATE for the year

Disclaimer

  • Orders are delivered every week, if you do not pick up your order within the following 2 weeks, these orders will be discarded without the right to a refund
  • We can provide you with 1 free regular design, any changes or modifications have a surcharge for design fee,
  • Custom designs have a charge for design, it may vary according to the hours accessible to the design
  • Unpaid orders are not processed
  • Orders must be paid before the design process
  • Once the design mockup is sent, you must give written approval by text, any errors after your approval are your responsibility
  • The actual production colors may vary from the digital mockup due to the inks or materials used.
  • Messages are answered within 48hrs next business hour. If don’t have answer please send us a new message 
  • The messages are answered in business hour. we Reserve the right to answer messages on weekends
  • All orders must pay the tax unless they have the tax exemption certificate
  • Rush Rates: Any order received 1 day prior to the day you will pick it up or the same day, may be considered at a rush rate
  • The quality of the designs or photos sent by the client is the responsibility of the client
  • Our designs are exclusive for our production, if necessary for your creative stationery, these have a design cost
  • Prints do not include facilities. If you require our installation service it is a separate cost
  • Any invoice that is not paid on the agreed date will be applied the maximum daily interest rate allowed.
  • If we authorize a design without advance payment and the order is not completed, the client must pay the design fee plus an extra surcharge that will be added to the hours worked on the design.
  • Graphics installations made by the client are not the responsibility of Graphic Complements LLC.
